We collect data necessary to operate payment services and comply with regulatory obligations:
We use personal data to: (a) verify your identity and business registration as required under Singapore's Payment Services Act; (b) execute cross-border payment instructions; (c) screen transactions against sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, EU consolidated list); (d) provide payment tracking and reconciliation reports; (e) comply with MAS reporting and record-keeping obligations; (f) detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.
Processing is based on: contract performance (to provide the payment service you have contracted for); legal obligation (AML/CFT compliance, MAS regulations, PDPA); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security monitoring, improving service reliability).
We share data only where necessary: with correspondent banks and local banking partners for payment execution; with sanctions screening providers; with ERP integration partners (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) where you have authorized the connection; with regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertising networks or ad-tech platforms.
Transaction records and KYC documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of transaction, as required by the Payment Services Act and MAS Notice PSN02. Contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 3 years.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to withdraw consent for data use not required for service delivery or regulatory compliance. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
We maintain industry-standard security controls for a financial services platform: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, access controls with principle of least privilege, multi-factor authentication for all internal systems, and regular security assessments.
We will notify active customers by email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
