Last updated: 1 April 2026. Governing entity: JuniGo Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the business entity accessing the JuniGo platform) and JuniGo Pte. Ltd. ("JuniGo"). By accessing or using the JuniGo platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
JuniGo is a B2B payment service. To use the platform, you must be: (a) a legally registered business entity (not an individual consumer); (b) located in a jurisdiction where JuniGo operates; (c) not subject to sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, EU consolidated list); (d) not engaged in any activity that would make your business a Prohibited Business under JuniGo's KYB policy, including businesses in FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions.
Account access requires completion of JuniGo's Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding process, including submission of business registration documents, beneficial ownership information, and individual KYC for controlling persons. JuniGo may refuse or terminate service at its discretion where regulatory requirements cannot be satisfied.
JuniGo executes payment instructions as submitted. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient bank details, payment amounts, and currencies. JuniGo performs beneficiary verification before execution and will hold payments that fail verification checks. JuniGo is not liable for payment delays or failures caused by correspondent banks, recipient bank systems, or sanctions holds triggered by the recipient.
JuniGo provides FX rate quotes that are valid for a limited period (typically 60 seconds for single payments, 30 minutes for batch payments). Quotes are based on real-time market rates plus JuniGo's disclosed markup. Once a payment is confirmed and executed, the locked rate applies. JuniGo does not guarantee any particular FX rate for future transactions.
You may not use JuniGo for: personal remittances; transactions involving sanctioned parties or jurisdictions; money laundering or structuring; payments related to illegal goods or services; any activity that violates applicable law in the sending or receiving jurisdiction.
JuniGo's liability for any single transaction is limited to the transaction value. JuniGo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from payment execution, FX rate movements, or delays caused by third-party correspondent banks. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by Singapore law.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules, with Singapore as the seat.
JuniGo may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice to active customers. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
