Pricing questions
The FX spread is our single markup over the mid-market interbank rate at time of conversion. There are no additional correspondent fees, no receiving bank charges on local rail payouts, and no monthly maintenance fees beyond the plan fee. What you see is what you pay.
SG→PH (InstaPay), SG→IN (UPI), SG→MY (DuitNow), and SG→TH (PromptPay) settle same-day on local rails during operating hours. SG→ID (BI-FAST) typically settles T+1. Settlement times depend on the destination rail's operating schedule.
Yes. Growth tier customers exceeding the USD 500,000/month cap can negotiate volume discounts on both the plan fee and FX spread. Contact our team to discuss your volume profile and we'll structure a custom rate.
Starter and Growth plans are month-to-month. Enterprise contracts are typically 12 months with negotiable SLA terms. Pilot periods are available for qualified applicants before committing to any plan.
Standard KYB onboarding takes 3–5 Singapore business days for Starter and Growth customers. Enterprise customers with complex corporate structures may take longer. You receive sandbox API access within 24 hours of application while KYB is in progress.
